It was a cold night with a small amount of frost last night, our first of the year.
The river has been teasing us with a trickle for a few days and although we’ve had no rain for quite a few days, the draining hills have finally started the river to run in full flow.

Just prove that it does sometimes get cold in the hills during the winter nights here’s some ice on my reflection pool. Of course, now the sun is up we should have 20 deg today!
