As I explained in my last post, the Kingfisher Perch has been changed to a simple piece of Bamboo which blends in with the Bamboo growing on the river bank.
I have also relocated the perch to a more favorable position which has plenty of fish hiding from the river flow. My only concern is the non-flowing sections of river are getting shallow. This area is around 8cm deep. It should be deep enough for a Kingfisher to dive and the Trail Cam is setup to once again monitor the perch. I have also moved the camera further away to also monitor for anything else, day or night, that visits the river.
