Taken just a few weeks ago on March 8th, this week’s featured print started off as an experiment that worked so fantastic that not only did I offer it for sale, but it’s a very popular image.
Although on the ground it was quite a still evening, the clouds were moving at a fast pace due to a North Easterly wind high up. So the experiment was to see if I could capture the amazing colours of the setting sun, contrasted by the silhouetted ridge line with its trees but have a slow shutter speed to blur the clouds and wow, did it work!
