Castro Verde Field Trip Booking Terms & Conditions
1) All Field Trips must be fully paid before attendance. Should a booking be near to the date then there maybe a situation where payment on the day is accepted, this can only be cash.
2) Should a participant cancel, there is no refund offered, however, the value of the booking can be transferred towards another booking.
3) A change of participant name is allowed right up to the Field Trip start date at no cost.
4) During the entire Field Trip, we ask all participants to be responsible for their actions and at no time damage property whilst photographing.
5) Should the Field Trip be weather dependant, a cancellation at last minute maybe deemed necessary. A final decision will be made 24 hours before and all attendees will be notified by telephone and/or email. A new date will be scheduled.
6) Craig Rogers has the right to cancel or change the date of any Field Trip without reason, if this unlikely event occurs, all participants will be offered a new date or is entitled to a full refund (except for reschedules due to weather as explained in point 5).
7) Each participant is responsible for their own personal belongings, including any photographic equipment, Craig Rogers cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses suffered whilst attending.
